Consistent with our overall approach, the Verrow platform technology itself is built upon an existing class of compounds, whose only previously exploited pharmaceutical property was solubility enhancement.

Verrow's patents on the nephroprotective effects of these compounds in combination with other drugs will enable us to enter generic markets with proprietary products whose reduced side effect profiles will make them highly competitive in the risk-averse healthcare industry.

Our products will attain price multipliers more typical of novel compounds, but at a fraction of the development cost due to our leveraging well-understood drugs with extensive safety and efficacy data.
