Each year, tens of thousands of patients are forced to undergo painful kidney dialysis - or worse, kidney transplants - because the treatments they require for their cancer, autoimmune diseases, or diagnostic imaging cause their kidneys to fail. These painful and expensive side effects have been considered occasional but unavoidable consequence of powerful therapies.

Now Verrow has developed technology which can prevent the kidney damage caused by many of these popular and powerful drugs without dulling the effectiveness for which they are known.

Verrow will become a leading specialty pharmaceutical company committed to improving the safety profiles of current and future drugs whose use would otherwise be limited by nephrotoxicity.

Approach

In the near term, our three lead products apply our unique technology to popular off-patent generic compounds with large established markets which could be rejuvenated by a reduction in nephrotoxicity.

Once these products establish the protective power of Verrow's technology, we expect to expand our market by applying and/or licensing our technology for use in exciting future medicines whose use would otherwise be limited by side effect profiles.
